Your path to career success is a journey. Career Coaching through Bluff Country Collaborative (BCC) begins with participation at BCC events for career exploration, expands with targeted audiences such as a class or smaller group of students, and explodes with individual, customized preparation for work experience.

Level 1 Career Coaching revolves around BCC events. School districts bring entire grade levels to select BCC events such as the BCC CTE Exploration Day, Dream Job Events, 8th Grade Careers on Campus, and Career Fair / Hiring Event.
Level 2 Career Coaching highlights small groups, such as a classroom or group of students with overlapping interests. Students are encouraged to request tour sites and suggest classroom speakers. Topics could include general skill development for interviews and resumes, or a career you're curious about. Typically tours are coordinated with a classroom teacher, but also can be arranged with a parent/guardian instead. The focus of level 2 is career exposure as students clarify possibilities of what to do next after high school.
